Ymagynacioun is an ensemble for late medieval Music, founded by  Michael Dollendorf. The name of the ensemble comes from Chaucer's Book of the Duchess.

Michael Dollendorf teaches at the Universität der Künste (UdK) in Berlin and at other schools. He is a researcher of oral poetry and works on the re-oralization of written sources and self-accompanied performances of Medieval and Renaissance Music.
